Imam Ali Highway as one of the east ring road of Tehran leading from DARABAD-north east of Tehran- to Azadegan expressway in south-east of Tehran. With 35 Km long Imam Ali Highway is one of the longest north- south direction highways in Tehran. The first part -11 Km long- constructed from DARABAD to Masil-e-Bakhtar Boulevard before 2011. The second part -14 Km long- constructed from Masil-e-Bakhtar to Azadegan expressway in 14 months and finished in 2013.
